No White Knight Chronicles Demo

Folks won't get White Knight Chronicles Demo version. That's not a saying from me but it is an original confirmation from the Level 5 Studio who is developing this game. There is a blog post at Playstation Blog that confirmed about no White Knight Chronicles demo. Cristian Cardona of Level 5 has mentioned about this news at official playstation blog, so there is no question left about whether the demo for White Knight Chronicles will ever release.

Though an official news has come about not releasing the demo version of the game but no possible explanations has yet been given. It is believed that because of the vastness of the game, Level 5 has decided not to release the White Knight Chronicles demo version as it will just cause more financial burden on the development team.

Well this is a PS3 exclusive game with no ports for Xbox 360 and PC. The game is scheduled for February 2nd release in North America and unfortunately no White Knight Chronicles demo will release.

Publisher has revealed the Sword of the Stars 2 for PC, a second game in the newly formed franchise which will be also exclusive to PC. Like its predecessor, Sword of the Stars 2 for PC will also be a space strategy game. A new Serious Sam HD patch update has been released for the PC version of the game. This is a second update released to the game after the first patch was released on December 1st, 2009. Well because Serious Sam HD patch has been released on Steam, so it can be downloaded through Steam only. We can't provide the direct link to download the patch. •Sound mixer frequency can now be 48/44 kHz or 22 kHz if cvar 'sfx_bLowSampleRate' is set. (Cvar 'xad_iMaxSampleRate' has been deprecated.)

•Fixed crash inside XAudio2 when sound HW supports sample rates higher than 100 kHz.

•Master sound mixer frequency (sample rate) and speaker config are now reported to console at startup.

•Better sound mixing performance of XAudio2 under sound boards that support very high sample rates (more than 48 kHz).

•Enabled DirectSound and OpenAL sound APIs. To change the current API, adjust sfx_iAPI and restart the game. Note that those APIs are not officially supported.

•Fixed boss bar not being shown in some rare cases.

•Fixed problem with crosshair sometimes being rendered wrong (flickering).

•Fixed problem with having too many occlusion queries under 3 or more GPU setups.

•Fixed a crash that happened in graphics options when user resets cvars via console cvarResetToDefaults() command.

•Fixed a rare application crash on exit that prevented settings from being saved. It happened mostly on single-core machines, but sometimes on multi-core as well.

There won't be any Alan Wake demo before the full game release. This news has been confirmed by Remedy itself who is developing this game. There will not be any Heavy Rain 2 game coming ever. If you think that your favorite PS3 title 'Heavy Rain' will get a sequel then re-invent your thinking because developer Quantic Dreams has officially confirmed that there will be no Heavy Rain 2 for PS3, PC or any other platform which means no plans for Heavy Rain sequel.

David Cage from Quantic Dreams has confirmed this news about Heavy Rain sequel; Heavy Rain 2. He said this in an interview to OPM. Similar startegy was been implemented by Quantic Dreams for its previous game Indigo Prophecy that was also denied a sequel.

This news has come almost a month before the original game is to release. News about Heavy Rain 2 not coming will spread like a fire in the gaming world. The original game is scheduled for February 23 release in North America and on February 24 in European Union. But there will be no Heavy Rain 2, so don't bother much about it.

Last Rebellion is a joint work of the Nippon Ichi Software (NIS) and Hitmaker who have done so much to make this role playing game with action elements. The Last Rebellion release date for Europe is MArch 12, 2010, while no exact release date has been yet given for the American version. Developer Volition has released the Red Faction Guerrilla patch, now available for download. This is the first patch for Red Faction Guerrilla ever released. There are number of fixes, content updates and other improvements made by this update. There are also download instructions available on how to download and install this patch.

This is not so big Red Faction Guerrilla patch. As this is the first patch update, people were expecting it to be extremely big usually but this patch contains series of some important fixes only. Check all of the Red Faction Guerrilla patch notes below:

Fixes:

•5.1 Surround Sound was not working properly for some users.
•Several crashes for users running ATI cards have been fixed (most often when accessing Display Options in game)
•Performance improved on ATI cards
•Cursor Sensitivity for 360 controller has been tweaked. Before, moving diagonal and vertical adjustments moved at different speeds. They now move at equal speeds.
•Turret Sensitivity has been adjusted to work without having to drop the base value.
•MP Playlists will be updated to include all maps and modify certain options. Currently, a few maps are only available through Custom Matches.
•Some overlapping text and icons have been fixed.
•(9/30) Modding will be disabled in online matchmaking games with this patch. It will still be available in LAN games, though no XP will be awarded there.

DJ Hero 2 has been confirmed by Activision that marks an official announcement of the game. The confirmation was undisclosed when Activision talked about selecting a musician at MIDEM 2010 whose notes will feature in the game. As the game has been officially announced by Activision, it is the time to talk about things like DJ Hero 2 download, DJ Hero 2 demo version and ofcourse release date.

Let us talk about DJ Hero 2 download version first. Do you think the downloadable version will get released? Everyone is certain on seeing the game on disc but how many of you are assured of the DJ Hero 2 download? Well we tell you. There won't be any download of DJ Hero 2 full version. But why? Because it is releasing for consoles only and usually console games are provided on discs only. If Activision announces the game for Pc then there would be a chance of DJ Hero 2 download coming sometime through digital game download services such as Steam, Direct 2 Drive etc. But that is a matter of time only.

Here is a bad news. There is no Armored Core 5 PC game coming. Yesterday we told you about the game releasing sometime in 2010 and did mention it for xbox 360 and Playstation 3 platforms only. We did not mention Armored Core 5 for PC other than mentioning that it is not coming to PC. There is seriously no version coming for the PC. Armored Core 5 for PC is not mentioned at an official website even.

The previous game of the franchise was released for PC. Apart from PC it was released for xbox 360. But this time story is looking bit different. Instead of Armored Core 5 PC version, PS3 version has reserved the spot. PC version is going to be replaced with Playstation 3 version.

Well we are not sure of this yet. No official confirmation has come regarding not releasing any Armored Core 5 PC version. The game has just been announced and it is still to long go before it actually releases. In future, From Software and SEGA could make an announcement regarding the Armored Core 5 for PC. But as of now it has been unveiled for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 only.

Microsoft gives a Fable 3 release date, a Molyneux next title for Xbox 360. Microsoft also said that Fable 3 will release exclusively for Xbox 360, no PC, no PS3 or other platforms. Along with this the company also talked about Halo Reach, it's most hyped title for 2010. It said this is the biggest title to reach in 2010.

Microsoft confirmed the Fable 3 release date to be in an upcoming holiday season. The release will be just before the launch of Halo Reach, which will also release by that period. Fable release date given by Microsoft is not an exact release date. It just said that the game will release in holiday season but didn't give exact release date for Fable 3. SEGA has revealed the Alpha Protocol 2, the next version in the franchise which is yet to release its first game. Constantin Hantzopoulos, an executive at SEGA has confirmed the Alpha Protocol 2 to be in the early stages of its development as reported by thesixthaxis.com. He revealed that the AP is being played by some folks internaly in the organization trying to come with the new concepts for Alpha Protocol 2.

He further said; "It’s the old slap on the head, looking back, and saying ‘What were we thinking?’ but sometimes you just go ‘We’ll shelve it for AP2". Thus giving another hint about the plans for coming up with the game and hence indirectly revealed the game though no official confirmation from SEGA has come yet.
