Machinarium Patch #2 is also released now. Amanita Games has released the second Machinarium patch for the PC including Mac and Linux also. This is the second update to the game and includes some critical fixes as well. Machinarium patch 2 patch notes are given below:

This multiplayer map has been created from a chapter in the original Uncharted commonly known as Reverse Map.

Cross Fire Patch/ Content Update

Cross Fire Patch/ Content Update has been released by G4Box Software. Thanksgiving is the theme of this new Cross Fire patch as the patch contains many thanksgiving themed items. Apart from this it includes three new wepons, Search and Destroy Map, and anti-hack update. Cross Fire patch/ content update download is given at the bottom of this page.

To get the new weapons, players need to trade on at Cross Fire Black Market using in-game currency. Then there is a Search and Destroy map "Downtown" added by the Cross Fire content update. It's a sprawling urban environment in which players must race to defend or destroy key strategic positions throughout the city. Then there are three new weapons added. These are the classic Winchester Rifle, a Thompson SMG and an M16 Scope-Camo available for free at Black Market using in-game currency. Then there are thanksgiving themed items that includes Turkey helmet and Turkey backpack available for limited time period only.

Cross Fire patch can be downloaded using the in-game update feature. Simply download the patch and apply Cross fire content update to the game for the changes to tale effect.

Theatre of War 2 Centauro patch 1.3.6 is a hotfix not a full patch. 1C Company has released the Theatre of War 2 Centairo 1.3.6.a patch which is for the download version of the game only. Those who purchased the downloadable bundled version went missing three missions from the game. Theatre of War 2 Centauro patch 1.3.6 hotfix just adds those three missions to the game.

Because this is a hotfix it is of 1 MB only. The file is in zip format. Those who are in need of this file can download the zip file, extract the contents and install them in their games folder. There have been gameplay balancing, interface enhancements, improvements in artificial intelligence, and modder support added by this patch v3.2. - Major trade nations are more likely to get targetted my competition in trade centres.

- Battles now have a length of at least 10 days, which will lessen "ping-pong".
- Trade embargos has some bigger drawbacks now.
- Its no longer possible to excommunicate someone already excommunicated.
- Assaults can now fail as soon as the morale of the infantry is 0.
- The cached number of controlled cardinals in a country is now updated at once when it changes.
- Fixed a bug with migrating advisors not being available in the pool if they come from another tech group.
- Fixed a bug with the war score from blockade being proportionate to the blockader rather than the blockadee.
- Navalcombats will now be a bit quicker, with more morale loss.

Interface Enhancements ***

- Fixed display of royal marriage breaking message.
- The winning avatar won't continue fighting after the battle is won.
- Editbox in colonywindow is no longer autoselected.
- Improved the reliability of selectionindicator.
- The avatar will now be facing in the correct direction when starting an assult.
- The avatar will now be marching in the correct direction.
- The avatar will now stop assulting if peace has arrived with the sieged country.
- Modified the scrollspeed for keyboard so the camera moves a bit faster.
- The camera won't change position anymore, if the game isn't in focus.
- Right-clicking will now use increments and decrements of 100 gold in the peace view.
- CoT stagnation icon and tooltip added to the ledger.

Demigod Patch 1.2 Update (v1.2)

Demigod Patch 1.2 Update (v1.2) has been released. v1.2 for Demigod is hence available for download also through Impulse Driven. Battlefield 2142 Patch 1.51 (v1.51) Coming

Battlefield 2142 Patch 1.51 (v1.51) has been announced by EA. The patch is in the works and will include few security updates to the game. Battlefield 2142 patch 1.51 won't be a big update in terms of fixes and primarily focuses on stopping spoofing.

Apart from security fixes, following things will be included in the Battlefield 2142 1.51 patch (v1.51):

•No DRM method on the exe as with BF2 (No more SafeDisc, PACE or SecuROM (depending on which version of BF2142 you have) and no more errors from EADM saying you need to log in to EADM to verify ownership even if you are logged in)

Worms 2 Armageddon Patch/ Title Update Released

Worms 2 Armageddon Patch update has been released on Xbox Live. Well this is the Worms 2 Armageddon Title Update that includes number of fixes, design changes and gameplay tweaks. Team 17 has released the title update and is now available for download at Xbox Live Marketplace. All the updates made by the Worms 2 Armageddon Patch are based on the feedback received from the community.

Following are the Worms 2 Armageddon Patch notes/ title update notes:

Fixed issue whereby user would lose all save data if the hard drive was moved to another console
• Fixed hard locking issues when generating landscapes bought in the shop
• Fixed issue where you could get a regular soft lock if a mine attracted to a magnet didn't come to rest
• Back flip input slowed down to stop incorrect jumps harming the player
• Air Strike was incorrectly hitting for 65 this has now been capped to 50 and damage spread has been correctly fixed
• Fixed a Leader board exploit awarding "billion" scores after disconnect exploit stopped
• Strict NAT users were unable to ready up in a lobby, now fixed
• Exploit fixed - Player can no longer use the ninja rope after deploying a weapon
• Fixed bug where first player was not selected randomly in online matches
• Fixed host migration issues in 3/4 player matches
• Forts and Rope Race matches can now be played as Private games
• Fixed an issue whereby fire punching the ceiling would result in the worm falling through the landscape
• Fixed bug which made crates in Forts matches only land on the right hand side
• Fire will now only burn the landscape between turns - this stops players losing their turn due to fire damage beyond their control
• Bunker Buster was hitting slightly to the right of the aiming reticule - this is now fixed
• Super weapon probability in crates reduced - Chance of Donkey removed from forts games
• Fixed an issue where you couldn't move the camera while your opponent had their weapon panel open
• Fixed an issue where sometimes worms were spawned in onto a mine at the start of a match
• Fixed an issue where sometimes the placing of Magnets would be out of sync between client and host
• Fixed occasional non functional magnet and magnets likelihood of flying around the screen erratically after being hit
• Fixed ability to place a girder anywhere on the landscape - the useable distance for the girder has now been reduced
• Dragon ball collision increased to stop it missing enemy worms at close range
• Fixed an issue where bringing up the Guide during online games caused slowdown
• Fixed an issue where strike weapons would appear in cavern landscape crates
• Landscape choice forced on host incorrectly after 10 seconds this now correctly waits for 30 seconds before forcing the decision
• Probability of vertical landscapes in Ranked matches was too high - this has been greatly reduced
• Fixed an issue where some players Avatars remained on screen obstructing play during online games
• Fixed an issue where some weapons/utilities SFX would loop at the start of every turn if the game was restarted during them being played. Most obvious example was the HHG.
• "Likes the Drink" achievement could be gained incorrectly by killing 8 worms in a single blast in the firing range
• Pressing jump while fire punching resulted in a "super" fire punch - this is now fixed
• Sheep now correctly travels down tunnels instead of bouncing on the entrances
• Fixed an issue where team names were not displaying on "Your turn" screen
• Missing particles added to Holy Hand Grenade
• Damage display font will no longer incorrectly scale larger on certain shots
• Tidied up the start of Online matches where Worms would be placed twice at the start of the game
• References to WOW 2 Leader boards (Maggie's Drawers & Valiant Failures) Removed
• AI teams are now using the correct speech banks in the campaign
• Spelling mistake - Incorrect weapon names in collected crates

• Fuse settings are now 3 seconds default for all relevant weapons & Toggling fuse increase by one rather than changing to 1 second before increasing by 1 sec per press
• Analogue aiming is now possible in game
• Girder "aiming" movement speed increased to allow for quicker placement
• Jetpack weapon cycling implemented on left stick click
• Online game search now defaults to ranked instead of player
• Ninja ropes now have a limit to the repeat number of swings - this is set to 5 by default in Ranked games and can be toggled in the customisation menu for player matches
• Allied options can now be applied to player matches to allow for 2V2 and 3V1 matches
• Kick player option added to Player match lobbies after reports of much grieving
• Shotgun laser sight turned off by default in all styles except beginner - this is also now a toggle able option for user created styles
• New style option requested - number of oil drums (many, few, none)
• New style option requested - number of mines (many, few, none)
• Added menu functionality to allow a switch between Party and Game chat during online matches

- Each grenade type can now be assigned to a separate quick-select key.

- Both the mouse and the individual keys can be used to roll in-game, you don’t have to choose between them so are free to use different roll methods depending on which you prefer for each situation.

BUG FIXES
- Firing the weapon in silent running mode now plays the correct muffled audio.

- Fixed an issue with shadows initializing incorrectly, which could cause aliased sharp edges.
- Fixed a bug with in-game chat where lines of text could appear on top of each other.

News has came regarding Modern Warfare 2 patch. It is believed that a patch has been released for Ps3 version of the game. Modern Warfare 2 patch released for PS3 version applies a fix for in-game trophies. A full patch to be available this Friday will include a fix for party invites as well. The patch will get applied automatically when you restart your game next time. It is necessary for all PS3 owners of the game to apply this Modern Warfare 2 patch to get rid of those issues.

Star Trek Online Release Date Disclosed

Star Trek Online release date has been given by Cryptic Studios who is developing this game. In an exclusive interview to Inc Gamers, release date for Star Trek Online was disclosed by the developer. The game will release on February 2nd, 2010 in north America where as in Europe it will launch on February 5th, 2010 only i.e. 3 days after the North American release date. So wait until February 2 when Star Trek Online will release and you will get an access to play it. The sale price of the game is not yet known.
