Update: Hell, it comes out to be a April Fool's joke. Grand Theft Auto Harbour City is a product of sick minds at IGN Australia. No GTA Harbour City game has been leaked out nor the one will come in future unless Rockstar itself confirms it.
IGN has provided massive details on Grand Theft Auto Harbour City which they are claiming to be the next game in the long running popular GTA franchise from Rockstar. All the information they have provided on Grand Theft Auto Harbour City is on the basis on leaked game documentation they somehow managed to get from some source at Rockstar Bondi Studio who is in possession of this brand new game.
From the story plot to gameplay to release date, it looks as if IGN managed to get all the details on Grand Theft Auto Harbour City in the game documentation. Before we talk about the game plot and play, let me flow your curiosity of knowing about GTA Harbour City release date. The current release date for GTA Harbor City according to the documentation is set in October, 2010 which justifies the game to be under development.
Ok now moving on to Grand Theft Auto Harbour City plot settings and game play. GTA Harbour City plot is set in the fictionalised Sydney in 1970s. So GTA games are now moving out of America. Warhammer Online 1.2.1 Patch
It's a time for new update. A new Warhammer Online 1.2.1 patch is ready to roll but not now yet. The patch will roll out only next week when Mythic Entertainment will put the patch on public tests servers for download.
Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning Patch 1.2.1 contains number of changes and updates to the previous version. Here are all the previews of Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning patch 1.2.1 as posted on Warhammer Herald:
1.Combat Responsiveness Improvements – This subject has been an object of much discussion, both internally at Mythic, and externally among the community over the past few months and the team has been focusing especially heavily on this issue over the past few weeks. The result is that we have made a number of important improvements to this aspect of the game. In Warhammer Online 1.2.1 version, casting times have become more accurate under normal play conditions, and players should no longer see a significant “stretch” or “pause” when casting spells while playing in “normal” conditions. We have also changed the UI display so increments of ½ second will be shown to give the player a more accurate and correct representation of time, and in high-lag situations, there will be a slight pause after the bar has filled up instead of the current “stretching” system. We have also made improvements to the animations and special effects-systems, which will result in better transitions especially when players are “chain-casting.”
2.Keep Upgrade System – Our new Keep Upgrade system allows guilds that own a Keep to increase the Keep’s utility and defensive capabilities in a number of ways which we will talk about in a ton of detail later today. Upgrades need to be paid for, of course, through a maintenance fee, and upgrades will decay over time if maintenance fees aren’t paid. We will have a Keep Upgrade Interface to help the guild track the status of its Keep and associated upgrades. And for those guilds that take and hold a Keep until the zone is taken, a special reward awaits.
3.General UI Improvements – We have made a number of improvements to the UI, including a major overhaul of the Guild Window that includes making it larger, adding more tabs and even more useful information. We have also made changes to the User Settings window to make it easier to use.
4.RvR Zone Control Rewards- We have made a number of improvements to reward players receive for capturing an entire zone as opposed to individual Objective and Keep captures. Battlefield Objectives will also buff players in the zone, and the players who have captured a Keep or Battlefield Objective will also see a doubling in the amount of Renown gained when the zone is captured.
5.The Battle for the Gates of Ekrund Expands! – We have added a special 6-on-6 version of the Gates of Ekrund for players between the Ranks of 19-24. This will help players at these Ranks gain experience faster while the team continues to work on other improvements to the experience-gain pace for those Ranks. Of course, this new Scenario “Broken Gates of Ekrund” is also accompanied by its own quest.
6.Beyond the Sands Live Event – It’s time for another Live Event, and the rise of the Tomb Kings is getting closer by the minute!
7.Lots of Bug Fixes – While nowhere near the size of the main 1.2 patch, the team still found time to crush a bunch of bugs while working on the rest of 1.2 and the upcoming 1.3.
8.Return to Nordenwatch Weekend Event – We will also be holding a special Nordenwatch-themed weekend event.
9.And More! – Lots more features, career balancing, and improvements to the game are on their way. More details about this next week.
This Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning patch 1.2.1 is not a major update to the game but still very critical. Mythic is trying to roll out this patch as soon as possible but believe me it is not possible to roll out Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning patch 1.21 before next week. Kraze Announced
Kraze is a off road, street racing game by Candella Software. In Kraze, players compete for the championship in off road, F1, street racing modes by concentrating on his racing skills. The game is a pure test of players racing skills which he has to prove by racing through city lanes, strewn desserts and mountain cliffs.
Some of the most powerful designed cars will be included in Kraze. Kraze will consist of 13 vehicles all with varying speeds and handling, and 8 different locations around the world. There will be three racing modes: championship, quick race and time trial. Vehicles are extremely customizable in this game. Also customizable are individual profiles. Players can also record races in the Kraze.
Kraze is due for release on PC in summer this year.

SEED - New iPhone Game
New gaming trends are those for iPhone. Many new games have been announced recently for iPhone with few popular ones such as Sonic the Hedgehog iPhone version. One recently announced game for the iPhone is SEED: Story of Kalikoop Part 1. Well this is not a newly developed game. It is the same old game being getting ported to iPhone now by Chillingo games.
SEED for iPhone will be role playing game as mentioned on the Chillingos Official Website though the game seems more to be an adventure game. The game consists of 22 unique towns, 150 battle fields, 4 different types of weapons, excellent combat and many many other features. SEED iPhone version will incorporate all these features with new graphics and performance tweaks.

Killzone 2 Patch 1.21
A new patch has been confirmed for Killzone 2. Patch 1.21 includes lot of new fixes, updates, improvements and changes to the game. Killzone 2 Patch 1.21 is supposed to be released by the early next week and patch details have been provided by Guerilla Games.

Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 is out now. This is the much aniticipated title update for Gears of War 2. Title Update 3 can be downloaded right from the in game menu by exiting the game and firing it up again in order to download the update.

Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 makes these new improvements:
Adds 100 levels of player experience that you can gain based on your score in Public matches. The game still uses Trueskill for matchmaking to find the most competitive matches, but the skill rank is now hidden. The new level of experience appears next to your gamertag, with levels 1 through 99 displayed as numbers and level 100 displayed as an icon. The game normalizes experience based on match type so that players earn an equivalent amount of experience across all modes.
Adds an experience penalty for players quitting before a match is complete.
Adds bots automatically to a Public Match if players quit and cause unbalanced teams. This ability has always existed in Private Matches if the bot count is set higher than zero.
Optimizes playlists to only have two modes per playlist. Ties are decided by random selection.
Adds the ability for teams to talk to each other between rounds in a Private Match.
Adds the ability to save Public and Private Horde high scores after each complete wave, in case the host loses connection before failing or completing all fifty waves.
Makes minor changes to general bandwidth usage.
Adds region preference to matchmaking.
Improves standby detection.
Adds nine new achievements worth 250 points. Progress toward them starts after Title Update 3 is applied. Six of the new achievements require the Snowblind Map Pack, a set of four new maps to be released soon. The nine new achievements:
o "Rookie Gear" (10 points): Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 5 (Public only).
o "Seasoned Gear" (20 points): Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 15 (Public only).

o "Battle-Hardened Gear" (50 points): Reach level 50 and play a match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only).
o "Veteran Gear" (75 points): Reach level 100 and win a match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only).
o "Never Eat Red Snow" (20 points): Complete waves 1 through 10 on all Snowblind Map Pack maps in Horde (any difficulty).

o "Frigid Body Dynamics" (5 points): Play a multiplayer match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (any mode).

Exploit Fixes
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 fixes these possible exploits, where under certain circumstances:
A player could swap from a pistol to a two-handed weapon during a cover slide and then mantle greater distances.
Players could kill themselves in Wingman to avoid giving their opponents more points. Now, suicides and team killing will reduce team score.
A player holding a meatshield could melee through some walls.
A player could equip a two-handed weapon with a shield using either the Boltok or the Gorgon pistol.
A player could equip a two-handed weapon with a meatshield using either the Boltok or the Gorgon pistol.
A player could prevent planted shields from being picked up by other players.
Players could launch themselves into the air with a smoke grenade while mantling.
General Fixes
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 fixes these other issues as well:
An issue that caused chainsaw interruption when a player is shot to be less reliable in some body positions than in others.
An issue where a third player could join a Public Wingman party lobby and remove another player from the game.
An issue in Submission games where occasionally the meatflag would immediately run back to the spawn point after being dropped.
An issue where players that were knocked down but not out (DBNO) while planting the Boomshield would appear to be standing.
An elevation-based issue where the detection for a headshot might not align properly with certain character model heads.
An issue that could cause Wingman teammates to have different character models.
Additional miscellaneous bug fixes.
Balancing
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 makes these balancing changes:
Reduces stun duration of smoke grenades. Currently, characters always start to get up after 2 seconds.
Gives melee the same delay after roadie running that shooting received in Title Update 2.
Removes spawn protection from the Horde in Horde mode.
Increased the forward angle that triggers chainsaw duels so that players with Lancers equipped won't be sawn from the side without a duel.
Reduces the delay before a player can climb up after entering low cover.
Makes minor changes to weapon spawns on the Subway map to provide greater balance.

Max Payne 3 is the new title in the popular Max Payne franchise developed by Rockstar. This is the latest installment to the franchise taking the story in the whole new direction. Players will see more action and intense love in Max Payne 3 PC, Xbox 360 and playstation 3 than previous games of the series.
Max Payne 3 is being developed by Rockstar Vancouver and will be published by Rockstar Games in winters this year. The game is currently planned for release on PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, thus denying the speculations of Max Payne 3 PC only. In Max Payne 3 also, player will take the role of Max but with whole new energy and feel. A new chapter of Max's life will begin in this game. You will observe Max Payne to be little older and more cynical than before.
Max Payne 3 has been announced after a long delay of about 6 years over the previous game which was released in 2003 for PC and consoles. Is Wolfenstein PC Version Dropped
If you carefully look at a new trailer released by Activision for Wolfenstein 2009 video game, you will notice that no Games for Windows or PC logo appears at the bottom of the title page though there are logos for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. So does this means that Activision has dropped Wolfenstein PC version from the list?
Wolfenstein 2009 game is a sequel to Return to Castle Wolfenstein which was released in 2001 on PC, PS2 and Xbox. In 2004, Raven Software announced their next sequel to the game to be developed on id Tech 4 engine and to be released for PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. By Wolfenstein PC version, we mean both Windows and Linux versions of the game which had been already confirmed by Activision. So then why Wolfenstein PC won't be there?
But now after watching the trailer and not finding any logos for PC, Windows and Linux makes us doubtful regarding the Wolfenstein PC version. The game is due for July 2009 release and so it will be good to see if Activision releases any PC version for the game or not, though initially announced by the publisher.
And if you ask me I will say that PC logo not appearing on the splash screen is by mistake only. Wolfenstein PC version will get released without any doubts.

Saints Row 2 Patch 1.20 Update
On the community forums, there is a post confirming Saints Row 2 patch 1.20 update for the playstation 3 version of the game. This patch would get applied automatically to the game when players restart their playstation 3. Many of you might have noticed Saints Row 2 patch 1.20 already applied to your game. The full game is due for release on March 29 in North America for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Wii where as it will release on May 5 in European markets for all the platforms it has been developed for.

Warcraft 3 Patch 1.23 Update for RoC & TFT
Now available is a Warcraft 3 patch 1.23a update for both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen throne versions of the game. Blizzard has released a new update for Reign of Chaos as well as The Frozen Throne. Bioshock 2 is Bioshock 2 Only
News about Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams are travelling through the Web since last year. Many assumptions were made regarding the existence of game until Take Two Interactive officially announced the game to be under development.
Now news have come that the company doesn't like the "Sea of Dreams" in the title and hence has decided to remove it. So now the title will be "Bioshock 2" only instead of Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams. Well, according to Gamestop and EBGames, Bioshock 2 will release on October 5, 2009.

Hanbitsoft has detailed another patch for Hellgate London which is to be available to Korean gamers only. The new patch is Hellgate London Patch 1.5 which updates current version 1.4 of the game. As the patch 1.5 is for korean gamers only, so Hanbitsoft has once again left European and American fans frustrated.
Well Hellgate London patch 1.5 includes mode merger, so after installing 1.5 patch Normal Mode and Elite Mode will merge into one mode only. Then there is a rewarding system which rewards players for their achievements and also a switching system which lets easy channel shift. Sonic The Hedgehog iPhone Version Confirmed
After realesing the game on different platforms and in different versions, SEGA has now moved on to iPhone. Sonic the Hedgehog iPhone version has been confirmed by Sega however no details and exact release information about the game is yet available.
Certainly iPhone is being looked as a massive platform for mobile gaming and from revenue point of view and ofcourse SEGA would like to utilize as much of iPhone as it can by showing its presence on the platform by releasing Sonic the Hedgehog iPhone version.
How good the Sonic the Hedgehog iPhone will be is a question of time only. However it can't be like original game which was the masterpiece by SEGA. Definitely SEGA is developing this game to make as much money from the iPhone as it can as a startup.
Sonic the Hedgehog iPhone is currently due for spring release. We will tell you when exact date comes for the game.
Bioshock 2 is Multiplayer
Did you play Bioshock? Did you found any multiplayer in it?
If you have played original Bioshock or at least know something about it, then it is pretty much clear to you that it was without any multiplayer mode. Original game was single player only.
But according to the latest issue of Game Informer, similar is not the case with Bioshock 2. Multiplayer is confirmed to be there in the Bioshock 2 as according to the Game Informer reported by Kotaku.
Though Bioshock 2 multiplayer is seemed to be confirmed but what kind of it will be is not confirmed. Bioshock 2 multiplayer could be co-op only, or might include detahmatches or whatever. Anyway it is wrong to say anything about Bioshock 2 multiplayer as of now.

Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 Release Notes
Gears of War 2 title Update 3 is coming soon though no exact release date has been given yet. But because release notes have come for Gears of War 2 title update 3, soon the title update 3 itself will be coming for download.
This Gears of War 2 title update 3 is going to be evry critical update for the game. This update has added many new improvements over the previous title updates such as penalty for quitting before the game ends, two modes per playlist optimization and optimized bandwidth usage etc. Many bugs and general fixes are also done by this Gears of War 2 title update 3. The list of all the improvements, exploit fixes, general fixes and balancing made by Gears of War title update 3 are given below:
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 makes these new improvements:
Adds 100 levels of player experience that you can gain based on your score in Public matches. The game still uses Trueskill for matchmaking to find the most competitive matches, but the skill rank is now hidden. The new level of experience appears next to your gamertag, with levels 1 through 99 displayed as numbers and level 100 displayed as an icon. The game normalizes experience based on match type so that players earn an equivalent amount of experience across all modes.
Adds an experience penalty for players quitting before a match is complete.
Adds bots automatically to a Public Match if players quit and cause unbalanced teams. This ability has always existed in Private Matches if the bot count is set higher than zero.
Optimizes playlists to only have two modes per playlist. Ties are decided by random selection.
Adds map cycling to Private Matches. The first match map is chosen by vote or by host, and when that match is completed, the game transitions automatically to the next match, with the next map selected in alphabetical order.
Adds the ability for teams to talk to each other between rounds in a Private Match.
Adds the ability to save Public and Private Horde high scores after each complete wave, in case the host loses connection.
Makes minor changes to general bandwidth usage.
Adds region preference to matchmaking.
Improves standby detection.
Adds nine new achievements worth 250 points. Progress toward them starts after Title Update 3 is applied. Six of the new achievements require the Snowblind Map Pack, a set of four new maps to be released soon. The nine new achievements:
"Rookie Gear" (10 points): Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 5 (Public only).
"Seasoned Gear" (20 points): Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 15 (Public only).
"Battle-Tested Gear" (30 points): Earn enough multiplayer experience to reach level 25 (Public only).
"Battle-Hardened Gear" (50 points): Reach level 50 and play a match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only).
"Veteran Gear" (75 points): Reach level 100 and win a match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (Public only).
"Never Eat Red Snow" (20 points): Complete waves 1 through 10 on all Snowblind Map Pack maps in Horde (any difficulty).
"Icy Dead People" (25 points): Complete waves 1 through 50 on any Snowblind Map Pack map in Horde (any difficulty).
"Frigid Body Dynamics" (5 points): Play a multiplayer match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (any mode).
"The Weather Outside Is Lethal" (15 points): Win a multiplayer match on each of the four Snowblind Map Pack maps (any mode).
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 fixes these possible exploits, where under certain circumstances:
A player could swap from a pistol to a two-handed weapon during a cover slide and then mantle greater distances.
Players could kill themselves in Wingman to avoid giving their opponents more points. Now, suicides and team killing will reduce team score.
A player holding a meatshield could melee through some walls.
A player could equip a two-handed weapon with a shield using either the Boltok or the Gorgon pistol.
A player could equip a two-handed weapon with a meatshield using either the Boltok or the Gorgon pistol.
A player could prevent planted shields from being picked up by other players.
Players could launch themselves into the air with a smoke grenade while mantling.
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 fixes these other issues as well:
An issue that caused chainsaw interruption when a player is shot to be less reliable in some body positions than in others.
An issue where a third player could join a Public Wingman party lobby and remove another player from the game.
An issue in Submission games where occasionally the meatflag would immediately run back to the spawn point after being dropped.
An issue where players that were knocked down but not out (DBNO) while planting the Boomshield would appear to be standing.
An elevation-based issue where the detection for a headshot might not align properly with certain character model heads.
An issue that could cause Wingman teammates to have different character models.
Additional miscellaneous bug fixes.
Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 makes these balancing changes:
Reduces stun duration of smoke grenades. Currently, characters always start to get up after 2 seconds.
Gives melee the same delay after roadie running that shooting received in Title Update 2.
Removes spawn protection from the Horde in Horde mode.
Increased the forward angle that triggers chainsaw duels so that players with Lancers equipped won't be sawn from the side without a duel.
Reduces the delay before a player can climb up after entering low cover.
Makes minor changes to weapon spawns on the Subway map to provide greater balance.

Red Faction Guerrilla Demo Detailed
Update: Red Faction Guerrilla demo is now available for download through Xbox Live and Playstation Network for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 respectively. This is a playable Red Faction Guerrilla demo. The full game is due for release on June 9 for PC, xbox 360, and Playstation 3,
Original: Red Faction Guerrilla demo details have emerged from red faction community. The demo was confirmed in August last year but details have emerged just now only. Very fist thing confirmed about the Red Faction Guerrilla demo is that it is going to be launched for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Currently, no plans looks to be there for Red Faction Guerrilla PC version as nothing has been commented in the news article available at the community news site.
Secondly, RF:G demo will include single player mode and that too a segment of it only. No multiplayer will be there in RF:G demo both for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. However, Red Faction: Guerrilla demo will let players try various weapons, vehicles and combat styles before the full download comes in June.
You will get access to RF:G demo on April 3rd, almost two months before the full game release. You can also get early access to the demo version by pre ordering it either online or offline. Pre-order Red Faction Guerrilla full game before April 23rd and you will be granted early access to Red Faction Guerrilla demo for Xbox 360 as well as for PlayStation 3. If you pre-order the full version in retail store, you will receive a card with code and instructions a week before the Red Faction Guerrilla demo releases.
The size of the RF:G demo will be around 1GB, so make sure you have enough free hard disk and bandwidth to download Red Faction Guerrilla demo.
Update: Red Faction Guerrilla demo early access is given to those who are registered members of THQ club, myTHQ. The single player demo is not yet opened to public but myTHQ members can get exclusive access to Red Faction Guerrilla demo from THQ.

Third Soldier Announced
Here is a new game on the horizon. Third Soldier is a third person action game which is set in the year 1189 developed by DiezelPower. Player takes the role of Third Soldier who is very brave and powerful, capable of taking on hundreds of enemies alone. But now you have to save yourself from the Assasins who are behind you to kill you after all of your soldiers have been betrayed.
Third Soldier features 20 missions all of which are playable. The game features high quality weapons and combat system. It features close-quarter combat experience stretched along battlefields, pitts and other places. Third Soldier also features power ups and some magical powers which can turn your character into ultimae fighter. It features both Arcade and Survival game modes and ability to change camera angles.
Though details regarding the Third Soldier video game have been made public but developers didn't say anything about its release date. Nor they talked on releasing Third Soldier demo. As of now it is not confirmed if Third Soldier demo will be there or not. Ok, the Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising demo is out now. Presently it has been released for PC only but will soon follow for xbox 360 and ps3 as well. You can download Operation Flaspoint Dragon Rising PC Demo here.
Today, Codemasters community manager Helios confirmed the demo for the Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising on their official gaming forums. He wrote about OFP: DR demo coming likely before the full game release for all the platforms it is being developed for.

C&C: Red Alert 3 Patch 1.08
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 patch 1.08 is available now for download. The patch has been released by EA upgrading the current version 1.07 to the latestly released C&C: Red Alert 3 patch 1.08 version.
Many different enhancements have been made to the game by this patch. C&C: Red Alert 3 patch 1.08 has induced balance changes, user interface enhancements and several bug fixes which can be found below:

2v2 automatch now allows players to specify a teammate for ranked 2v2 matches.
Added support for Elo ratings, a score that starts at 1500 and rises or falls based on wins and loses. This allows players to more accurately gauge their opponents’ skill level.
Automatch now allows players to specify how much their opponents’ rating may differ from their own, ensuring competitors are adequately similar in skill.
Your personal ladder rank and rating for both 1v1 and 2v2 ranked games is now displayed on the automatch screen.
All players’ ladder ranks are now displayed on the loading screen.
Added 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 lobbies.

Confirmed: Killzone 2 Home Space
Killzone 2 is a biggest success on PlayStation 3 for Sony as well as Guerrila Games. The game has broken numerous records on PS3 and has brought enormous amount of money for its developers and publishers.
The game's success influenced Guerrila Games this much that the company is now planning to release Killzone 2 Home Space, a version for integration with PlayStation Home. Company is also planning on to making game fully integrated with PlayStation Home. This has been confirmed in an interview given to PSFocus.nl, Dutch Playstation stuff website. This interview about Killzone 2Home Space will be published later this week.
Presently Guerrila Games is very busy in creating patches and DLCs for the game. Killzone 2 patch is already in work and DLC will be the next to release. Might be then copany will be releasing Killzone 2 for Playstation Home.

Maplists
The old maplist system has been replaced with an entirely new one, which is configured through UTMapLists.ini, this allows mods using custom .ini files to have map cycles setup from the ingame menus
To recover the old server maplist settings, you need to open UTGame.ini and go to the [UTGame.UTGame] section, then for each 'GameSpecificMapCycles' entry you need to find (or create) an entry in 'GameProfiles' under [UTGame.UTMapListManager] in UTMapLists.ini, which has a 'GameClass' value that matches the 'GameClassName' value in 'GameSpecificMapCycles'.
Then you need to find the maplist in UTMapLists.ini which is specified by 'MapListName' value in the 'GameProfiles' entry, (e.g: [DMMapList UTMapList]), and then you must manually transfer each map name in 'GameSpecificMapCycles' to the maplist in UTMapLists.ini.
For example, Maps=("DM-Arsenal","DM-Biohazard") in 'GameSpecificMapCycles' would become:
