If I say you that you will soon get Fable 2 PC version in your hands then how will you react. Would you believe on this news? Certainly not because you know Lionhead doesn't have any plans of releasing Fable 2 for PC. The game has been released exclusively for XBox 360, how it could get released for PC then.

But according to Gamora, what I read on Filefront, Fable 2 PC version may get released by February 2009. The site has stated that Fable 2 is heading up for PC for sometime in February, 2009. This could be true as well. If Fable could get released for PC, then why not Fable 2. If you remember, Fable PC version was released after a year it was released on XBox. Similar could be the case here too. Fable 2 PC version should be a no surprise to you then.

This news is not yet officially confirmed by Lionhead. No gaurantee of Fable 2 releasing for PC could be given. Until Lionhead officialy announces its launch for PC, this news will remain a rumor only.

These days game developers are releasing PC games but without any demos. You won't get game demos for most of the PC games these days. Most anticipating and high budget PC games often comes without game demos. And some developers are releasing game demos after full game releases.

Third and final reason for the falling PC game demos may be the presence of console platform which has emerged as a direct competitor of PC for games. Halcyon Company has announced a development of Terminator Salvation- The Video Game, the video game adaptation of the upcoming movie Terminator Salvation. Halcyon Company has the exclusive rights for the game development and has now partnered with four other companies Warner Bros., GRIN, Equity Games and Evolve Games to develop, publish and distribute the game.

Warner Bros, producers of the movie, will aso be the distributors of Terminator Salvation Video Game. The game is all set for release on May 22, 2009 along with the release of the movie. Terminator Salvation game will be an action adventure third person shooter where player will take the role of John Connor,a soldier battling against the Skynet enemies. Game will feature lot of combat and armored activities going between the player and the Skynet forces.

Terminator Salvation game will release on all the platforms. It will release on PC, XBox 360, PS3, PSP, PS2, Mac and mobile phones even. All the action in the game will come live on May 22, next year when the game will release. Gameplay information has been made public by the Halcyon Company but no details about Terminator Salavtion download was given by the company. It is not yet known whether download of Terminator Salvation video game will be available or not or will be just available in a retail pack on the disc. Also no informtion about Terminator Salvation demo was given by the company. Till now Terminator Salvation demo is not confirmed. But it is believed that Terminator Salvation demo will be released as all the video games adopted from movies have demo versions. So let's see when the demo releases for the game.

Will Tom Clancy's Endwar PC demo be made available? Endwar demo is available on Xbox live marketplace but there is no demo for the PC version yet. The Xbox 360 demo was released on October 11 for those who preordered the game on Xbox 360. But there is still no Endwar PC demo information available. I think the demo is not going to be available for download for PC version of the game. There isn't going to be any Endwar demo for PC. But at the same time I also think that this is too early to say anything about Tom Clancy's Endwar PC demo.

Endwar demo for Xbox 360 was released few days after the game was officially launched. There was also a beta testing period for the XBox 360 version of the game. PC version of Tom Clancy's Endwar is scheduled for release in early 2009. Preordering for the game will start soon but the question is whether Ubisoft will be releasing Endwar PC demo or not.

Concerning growing piracy in the gaming industry, the release of Endwar PC demo looks quite difficult. Nowdays, demo launchings have reduced significantly for PC games and Endwar may be no exception to that. Ubisoft will never like to loose the revenue that it can generate by selling the Endwar full version rather than distributing its demo version for free.

Earlier there was trend of releasing demo before the full version was released. But now demo releases are very rare for PC games. Hence Endwar PC demo seems out to be very difficult to be made available for download. Ubisoft may directly benefit by not releasing Endwar PC demo. But indirectly company will loose many promising customers if it does not launches a demo for PC version of the game.

Good news for you guys: Halo Wars download will be available from this February onwards. Microsoft has confirmed yesterday the launch of Halo Wars, the prequel to Halo 3 in February on XBox 360. The game will be released in two versions: Standard retail version for $59.99 and limited collector's pack for $79.99. Thing to be noted here is that Halo 3 special edition was launched for $130 which was almost double the price the Halo Wars special versions.
