Gears of War 2 Demo - No

The game is all set for release on November 7 but there's no Gears of War 2 demo going to be released, ever. This news is confirmed that Gears of War 2 demo will never be out there. By demo I means playable version of the game available for free and not the demo showcase of the game. There was a demonstration shown at the 2008 Game Developers Conference but that was video demo of the game only and not the playable Gears of War 2 demo.

Developed exclusively for Xbox 360, Gears of War 2 demo just like GoW will be never out there. There are no plans from Epic Games and Microsoft Games Studios to release GoW2 demo. Fans will be deprived of the game similarly as was with its predecessor. Announcement of not releasing the trial version for download is not new. This news first came on April 18 this year when shacknews confirmed for no Gears of Wars 2 demo.

Don't worry if there isn't any playable Gears of War 2 demo for the game. There is lot of free downloadable content available on XBox live marketplace for the game. You can download pictures, wallpapers, and themes from XBox live marketplace if not the game itself. But I know what is the craze of getting your hands on Gears of War 2 demo version game before you actually buy it. You come to know whether the game is meant for you or not. But in case of this game, you have to go without any playable Gears of War 2 demo. Never ever think of getting Gears of War 2 demo because it is never going to release.
