Download Halo Wars in February

Good news for you guys: Halo Wars download will be available from this February onwards. Microsoft has confirmed yesterday the launch of Halo Wars, the prequel to Halo 3 in February on XBox 360. The game will be released in two versions: Standard retail version for $59.99 and limited collector's pack for $79.99. Thing to be noted here is that Halo 3 special edition was launched for $130 which was almost double the price the Halo Wars special versions.

Well if you pre-order Halo Wars limited collector's edition then you will also get Halo 3 Mythic map pack add ons also. This Halo Wars download of limited collector's edition will contain three multiplayer levels. additional in-game vehicle, six cards, Halo Wars: Genesis novel, Spirit of Fire crewmember patch and also a downloadable in-game warthog vehicle code which is equipped with flame throwers.

Well there will be no game release for PC, so you wouldn't be able to download Halo Wars for PC anyway. You can either order full version or download Halo Wars full version for XBox 360 only. You will be provided with digital download of the game when available in February.
