Iron Man is an action packed video game based on the movie of the same name. The game was developed by Artificial Mind and Movement and Secret Level. The game is being published by Sega. Iron Man was released on 2 May, 2008 for PC, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PSP, Nintendo Wii, and DS. So it was released on the same day the movie was released in the cinemas. Iron Man game also includes voices from the characters of the movie. Notable voices are of Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, and Shaun Toub. The game can be played in single player mode only.

The plot for the Iron Man begins in Afghanistan where Tony Stark is kidnapped by the terrorists group Ten Rings. The purpose of kidnapping is to make him build missiles for the terrorists. But during the trial period Tony Stark along with Ho Yinsen builds up a flamethrower armor that he uses to escape from the terrorists cage. But during this action in the Iron Man, Ho Yinsen dies. Then at his weaponry factory Stark upgrades this armory that then he uses against the armored persons who has attacked his factory. This armor is nothing but the “Iron Man” armor.

Stark returns back to Afghanistan to use Iron Man armor against Ten Rings terrorist group. After reaching there he founds his own ex-workmen that is now working for Maggia, a unit supplying armory to Ten Rings. During the meantime Obadiah, former partner of Stark starts exploring Iron Man armor with A.I.M. Following this several other such instances occurs in the game at last Iron Monger suit is destroyed to finish off the evil. But Tony Stark continues to help the mankind as an Iron Man. Iron Man features upgradeable weaponry system and several bonus features.
