The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is a role playing game developed by Fall Line Studios and published by Disney Interactive Studios. The game was released on 15th May, 2008 in North America. It is based on the adoption of movie of the same name “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”. Disney has released the game on Xbox 360, Playstation 2, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DS and Microsoft Windows. It is primarily a single player game but online multiplayer mode for The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is also available. The game was designed by Traveller’s Tales.
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian video game is a test for both Disney Interactive Studios and Fall Line Studios. Disney hasn’t had any success in the gaming industry yet and Fall Line Studios is a new comer in the gaming industry. Let us see how well they both can do jointly. Both have worked so hard in order to make The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian an interactive game. Disney wouldn’t like to lose this time. Battles in the game have gone through large work desires but except battles, no other element in the Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is amazing.
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian video game’s story is plotted around the Caspian and Pevensie who have returned to find Narnia different from the one they left. The gameplay follows two storylines. First one when Caspian escapes from the Miraz and secondly, when Pevensie discovers Narnia. Battles in the Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian does form a large part of the game. Battles also don’t include complete armies. Battles can be fought through on-screen commands using touch screen. Orange signal glows before the enemies attacks the players in Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. This gives players the time to intercept the enemies attack.
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian also gives player the option to upgrade the individual characters. Game also includes mini games that become more destructive when the character is upgraded. Players in the Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian uses other large amount of elements in order to damage the enemies. If something is good in the game then that is its battle system. Battles are highlighted very generously. It is a very easy game to play and finish off. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian has been developed to focus on the younger male demography in which I think they have succeeded.
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian got mixed reception. If anything was acclaimed in the game then it was its battle system. The game is not so interesting outside the battle. Well this is true for the complete Chronicles of Narnia series. Series includes interested characters but is built around the battles and wars only. Also characters in the Prince Caspian are small and they move slowly. The game also depicts action-adventure gameplay as the player needs to move from one place to another and destroy anything coming his way. Nevertheless, the storyline of the Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is very interesting that makes you come back and start once again the game.
